Waderman is the comic book that Cleveland created in "Hot Cocoa Bang Bang". Cleveland had came across the idea in high school, when Teen Donna was drowning, but Cleveland don't won't get his shoes wet. Making Robert save Donna. though creating "Waderman" comic and character, making Cleveland and the family takes his comic to Comic-Con so it can become popular.
