Thomas James "Tom" Kenny is an American voice actor and comedian, noted for his long-running role as SpongeBob SquarePants in the television series of the same name. He also voices Gary, the French narrator and others on the show. He also provided the voice of Heffer Wolfe on Nickelodeon's 90's classic Rocko's Modern Life. Aside from voice acting, Kenny starred in the short-lived Fox sketch show The Edge, and was a cast member of the HBO sketch comedy program Mr. Show.
Tom Kenny filled in for Seth MacFarlane who was busy making his live-action directorial debut with the movie Ted as the voice of Dr. Fist in "Skip Day".
