The Stool Bowl is an outdoor concert and performing arts venue that Kenny West chooses for the unveiling of his rap-polka fusion in "Menace II Secret Society". Although he is set up to fail by Cleveland after the Rap Illuminati asks him to kill Kenny's career, the act is a success and they disband after Kenny quits the Illuminati.
