Julius is one of Rallo's best friends. He is close to the same age as Rallo, although his delicate voice suggests that he is less mature than Rallo and Walt. However, it is reveled in "Harder, Better, Faster, Browner" that Julius is actually older than Rallo when he states that he wishes he was still 5 1/2 years old like Rallo. He often talks with Rallo about problems with his new family, giving him ideas on how to fix things. His blog Out and about with Julius is widely read.

In "California Dreamin'". Gina puts together an elaborate production of stand-ins including Julius and Walt to convince the Brown family that Cleveland has returned home from Los Angeles and they should do the same.

Julius is voiced by Kevin Michael Richardson.
