The Stoolbend Arms Hotel is where Donna attends the school board candidate's dinner in "The Hangover Part Tubbs".
While Cleveland finds out about the dinner and thinks he simply forgot about it, he goes to the hotel looking for a boring dinner and finds himself at a Harry's Law fanfiction reading. After presenting a reading of his own, he is asked if he had ever even seen Harry's Law. He acknowledges that he hadn't, but was given credit for it not really mattering.
He finds Donna but also learns that she has replaced him with Ebert Williams as a stand-in. When Cleveland introduces himself, she has him thrown out by security to keep him from embarrassing her.
