Ryan Sanderson is a student perhaps best described as 'flamboyant' at Stoolbend High School. Ryan resembles a young Liberace. Although visually quite obvious, it is suggested he keeps his homosexuality a secret, only telling Cleveland Jr. about it in "Ladies' Night".
