The Pastor of the Stoolbend Community Church is an older man who does what he can to spread his beliefs. When Cleveland wants Roberta to accept chastity in "Cleveland Jr. Cherry Bomb", he brings her to the Pastor's reading on sex. Because the Pastor is black, his congregation often responds to him with stereotypical sayings from films, much to his annoyance.
The Pastor turns up leading a church in East Stoolbend near Roberta Tubbs' apartment in "Grave Danger" as Rallo attends services while staying with his dad.
Like the Reverend Jenkins who is another religious figure in Stoolbend, he is voiced by Kevin Michael Richardson.
