Little Moscow is where Cleveland Brown travels to find a new dance partner after being dumped by Donna for Cleveland Jr. in "Dancing with the Stools". Cleveland settle for Little Moscow after "Dancytown" was destroyed in a fire. Trying to find a dancer, he discovers through Svetlana that everyone is a dancer or criminal in Little Moscow, with the majority being criminals. Cleveland chooses Svetlana to be his partner but things get too heated back home while they work out.
