Fabrizia is an Italian prostitute 'date' that Holt brings to the neighbor's gathering in "Ladies' Night". She doesn't speak much English, but she definitely knows words such as 'suck' when she hears them. Cleveland later employs her to help Donna patch things up with her friends.

She has normal-looking cameos in the broadcast version of "Our Gang", "The Curious Case of Jr. Working at the Stool" and in "You're the Best Man, Cleveland Brown".

In the DVD cut of "Our Gang", she has been shaded into an African American. A similar, African-American version of Fabrzia is seen in "California Dreamin'".

Fabrizia is voiced by Alex Meneses.
