Diosanto is a Latin-American crime boss that Cleveland tries to assassinate before he can consolidate his power in "Back To Cool".
When Cleveland Brown Jr. interrupts Cleveland, he misses his shot and kills a goat instead as Diosanto and the gang members flee. Cleveland berates Junior for his interruption, noting that thanks to him entire villages will burn and women will be forced to wear sombreros. Back home, he reads a newspaper of Diosanto's rise to power until Rallo snatches it to torment Roberta.
