B. Emerson Plunkett was the founder of Stoolbend who's descendant B. Emerson Plunkett V tricks Cleveland in "The Blue And The Gray And The Brown" into saving the statue and park of his ancestor from demolition. When Cleveland discovers that B. Emerson Plunkett was a slave-owning racist, he sets out to set things right. Though Cleveland used his own way to win against B. Emerson Plunkett V in the Civil War reenactment of the Battle of Stoolbend, he and his friends later tore down the statue only to be fined and ordered by Mayor Larry Box to put the statue back up as Stoolbend is in the South after all.
